Definitely a conducive environment to learn the proper mechanics and techniques of boxing. I haven't been boxing for awhile and trying out the Fighter Foundation program the gym offers really help in cementing the basics again and improving on my weaknesses.

Coaches Marcus and Julian are very accomodating and will always do their best, even out of their way, to guide and have a better understanding in the sweet science of boxing. Kudos!

CLASSES

TECHNIQUE

DAILY
Be the best fighter you can be by honing the fundamentals while learning new techniques that can be used in the ring.

Jump roping, shadowboxing, partner drills, pad work and heavy bag circuits are incorporated into every class.

Handwraps & Boxing Gloves are required.

CONDITIONING

DAILY (EXCEPT WED & SAT)
Mechanics, Balance, Stamina. The three tools that are essential to becoming an all-rounded boxer.

Build them with our conditioning classes encompassing functional movements and resistance training to help you excel in the ring with speed and agility.

Handwraps & Boxing Gloves are not required.

STRENGTH

WED & SAT
Lift heavy sh*t because it makes you strong.

Strength is a systematic approach to barbell training such as Deadlifts, Squats and much more. Get ready to un-rack, lift and power up.

Handwraps & Boxing Gloves are not required

SPARRING

WED & SAT
Sparring allows you to put all your training into practice while developing your techniques against a real opponent with guidance from our coaches.

A discussion after each session allows you to track your progress with constructive feedback from your sparring partners.

Coach’s permission required to participate.
