Certainly! Drop by and check in at the front desk between 18:00 – 21:00 on weekdays and 10:00 – 13:00 on weekends for a tour of the gym.
Our Open Gym is open to self-training for a flat fee of $15 per 90 minute session. All Open Gym sessions must be booked through our app at least 3 hours in advance.

Sparring, Contact Drills and Training in the Ring ARE NOT permitted during Open Gym without coach’s permission.
Yes you can! We are proud to offer Singapore’s only syllabised beginner program taking individuals from zero experience to technique proficiency in four weeks with a squad of just four trainees.

We welcome all beginners and experienced boxers age 16 and above to train with us.

Please note, if you are between 16 and 18 years of age, we require parental consent before joining.


If you are a complete beginner to boxing, we require you to join our 4-week Fighter Foundation program before progressing to our Main Gym Technique classes.

This is to ensure the best possible injury-free experience for you and others.
For Technique classes, we will assume that you understand boxing fundamentals such as wrapping hands, punch form, footwork and defence.
Not a problem. Training in the Main Gym does not require you to be of a certain fitness level as long as you fulfil the Main Gym prerequisites.

Our coaches will be happy to get you back into the groove of training.
If you’re attending a Technique class, please be in workout attire, athletic shoes and have your own wraps, boxing gloves and water bottle.

Wraps and boxing gloves are not required for Conditioning and Strength classes.
Do arrive a few minutes early so we can show you around, have your hands wrapped (Technique Class) and be ready for warmups.
All our Main Gym classes are capped at 6 allowing everyone to receive coaching attention and technique correction.
We do not provide communal wraps for hygiene reasons.

Communal gloves and headgear can be loaned for $2 each session.
As best as we can, we try to ensure all members have a fair shot at booking their preferred class with our cancellation policy. ​

Flexi Membership
​No Show / Cancellation made within 2 hours with no valid reason will be subject to a forfeited credit. ​

Freedom Membership
No Show / Cancellation made within 2 hours with no valid reason will incur a penalty of $20 to reinstate booking privileges.
All our Main Gym memberships can be extended for a nominal fee of $20 per week, for a maximum of 4 weeks.

If you require an extension due to medical reasons, please speak to our coaches are we’ll be happy to accommodate.
Yes. We reserve the right to turn you away from class if it is empty or full and show up without making a booking through our app.
Sparring is not mandatory for Main Gym members, and you can still learn a lot by participating in our non-contact Technique classes.
No. For everyones safety, we won’t allow you to spar until we feel that you’re ready.

If you are new to Renegade Boxing and have boxed elsewhere, we welcome you to our Main Gym, but please ensure you have our coaches permission after they’ve assessed your level of skill and proficiency before booking sparring classes.
We recognise that sparring is a risky activity and all of us limit how much risk we want to take on. To that end, we have the following policies:
  • You must obtain permission from a coach before signing up for sparring classes, and a coach must supervise all sparring in the gym.
  • Sparring during open gym hours without trainer supervision is strictly prohibited.
  • Headgear, mouthguard and 14 – 16 oz. gloves must be worn when sparring, no exceptions.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy towards reckless and/or malicious behaviour during sparring and reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately if this occurs.
Renegade is a sport-focused gym and we strongly encourage those with the skill and determination to step up and compete.

We hold weekly invitation-only Fight Team training for members preparing for competition.

Any member that expresses their desire to compete must show their commitment to training. Our coaches will reciprocate their attention helping you compete at your highest potential.



Fighter Foundation is suitable for those who have never boxed before and want to safely hone their boxing technique in a syllabised program.

You’ll learn boxing fundamentals such as proper punch form, defense and footwork that will prepare you for our Main Gym Technique classes.
Your trial begins with a warm-up followed by getting your hands wrapped.

Our coaches will then give you a tutorial on the boxing stance, basic movement, and punching technique followed by a few rounds on the pads .

The trial ends with a short strengthening circuit and cool-down.
All you need is workout attire, athletic shoes and a water bottle – we’ll provide the rest.
You’ll need your own boxing gloves and hand wraps for all Foundation classes. A pair of handwraps are given at sign-up and we sell boxing gloves in our retail store.
Each squad is capped at 4 trainees to ensure that you have sufficient attention and camaraderie at the start of your boxing journey.
Fighter Foundation classes will be held regularly twice a week, decided based on the schedule of everyone in the squad. We will give you more details on class scheduling when you attend the trial.
Given the flexibility of Fighter Foundation scheduling, we do not offer prorated make-ups, even if you must miss days due to travel, work, etc.

You should try as far as possible to commit to all 8 sessions to reap the full benefit of the program.
After you complete Fighter Foundation, you will be eligible to sign up for a Main Gym membership and participate in all classes (except sparring) to progress further in your boxing journey.
No, the Fighter Foundation syllabus does not prepare you for sparring. If you have a desire to spar, do let our coaches know.

To ensure your safety and prevent unnecessary injury, we require you to commit to training within the main gym for at least 2 – 3 months before our coaches assess your proficiency to start sparring.



Personal Training is meant for those seeking accountability and a path to reach his or her optimal training, nutrition and even competition goals in the most efficient path possible with a dedicated coach.

Whether you’re a beginner or a trained boxer, we will work closely with you to craft training sessions that are tailored to what you wish to achieve.
All you need is workout attire, athletic shoes and a water bottle – we’ll provide the rest.
You do not need a monthly membership to schedule a personal training session.
As best as we can, we try to ensure a flexible and fair cancellation policy for both client and trainer.

Sparring is not required for personal training unless requested or required for competition.

Your coach will assess your boxing skill and proficiency before allowing any technical or freestyle sparring.



Here are seven reasons why you should learn to box:

  1. It’s an amazing workout! The training involved in traditional boxing provides one of the best possible full-body workouts.
  2. It helps you de-stress! Tough day at work? Is the to-do list falling off the page? Get in here, give it one good hour, and you’ll be amazed at how much more grounded you’ll feel afterwards!

  3. It’s great for your mind! Traditional boxing is technical and makes you use your head as much as your body. From focusing on basic stance and form to advanced footwork, body position, and defence, these skills are all about using your head! After your workout, you’ll feel you’ve cared for both mind and body.

  4. It’s fun! It’s hard to stick with workouts that are routine and mundane. Luckily that’s not how we do things. We’ve trained people of all ages and fitness levels, and the reason they keep coming back is because it’s a fun workout (even when you’re sucking wind and can’t wait for the end!)
  5. There’s so much to do! We use dozens of drills to improve your conditioning, endurance, balance, strength and flexibility. Every class and trainer has a unique flavour, so you won’t get bored!

  6. It’s safe! Whether doing complete body conditioning, mitt work or pounding on a heavy bag, we take your safety very seriously. Black eyes and sprained wrists are not part of our program. Our trainers will never put you in a situation or encourage an exercise that we feel isn’t safe.

  7. It’s for everyone! Boxing is highly scalable to all ages and fitness levels. Even if you never plan to step into the ring, anyone can learn these skills, and knowing how to defend yourself is a great confidence booster.

  • Single Class Rate: $25 x 12 persons = $300
  • Handwraps (Yours to Keep!): $15 x 12 pairs = $180
